The Everything DiSC® Agile EQ Learning Experience
Our workplaces require us to navigate all sorts of complex interactions, and there’s no one-size-fits-all way to respond to them. Yet, Everything DiSC® Agile EQ helps leaders and teams develop the emotional intelligence necessary to adapt and support a thriving agile culture, especially in difficult times.
Improving emotional intelligence only happens when we become more self-aware and socially aware. The DiSC® model offers an objective way for us to understand ourselves and those around us. Through DiSC®, we learn our natural behaviors and why our co-workers and colleagues behave the way they do. After we use DiSC to become more self-aware, we can start to learn how to identify and manage our emotions.
In this training, participants will discover their EQ strengths, recognize their EQ potential, and commit to customized strategies for building agility. The result is an emotionally intelligent workforce that can support your thriving agile culture.
STEP ONE: THE PROFILE
Complete the Everything DiSC® Agile EQ Profile
Participants are asked to complete a personalized research-based, online assessment. You will then receive a report that uses your individual assessment data to provide insight into your DiSC® style and the EQ mindsets and needs that shape your interactions with others.
You will also be introduced to other EQ mindsets and recognize the value in each of them. Your report includes steps you can take to start adopting other EQ mindsets so that you can reach for the most effective responses.

STEP 2: ATTEND A Training
Join an In-Person or Virtual Event
John's trainings aren’t facilitated like a typical class. Learners will participate in activities and partner discussions. You will engage in video and other activities to understand details about your DiSC® Style. As a participant, you will also develop an action plan for implementing what you've learned. A standard, interactive session lasts 3 hours.

STEP 3: COACHING
Each training includes a follow-up individual 30-minute virtual coaching session to ensure participants understand how to implement what they have learned. John's coaching sessions will educate you on how to use the DiSC® profile results to your advantage to succeed in your profession. Together, you will map out strategies for dealing with specific situations and create objectives for your long-term career.
