The Everything DiSC® Workplace Learning Experience
Everything DiSC® Workplace is a personalized learning experience that benefits every employee within an organization. Leaders and teams will learn to understand themselves and others better while gaining an appreciation of the different priorities, preferences, and values each individual brings to the workplace.
With personalized insights and actionable strategies, participants learn how to value the strengths of others, ultimately improving engagement, collaboration, and the overall quality of work relationships - especially when individuals and teams are operating remotely.
STEP ONE: THE PROFILE
Complete the Everything DiSC® Workplace Profile
Participants are asked to complete a personalized research-based, online assessment. After completing the assessment, you will receive a report that describes where you fall within the DiSC® model and what that
means for your work and your relationships.
This report uses your individual assessment data to provide valuable information about your workplace priorities and preferences. In addition, you’ll learn how to connect better with colleagues whose priorities and preferences differ from yours.
Using this knowledge, you’ll learn how to use Everything DiSC® principles to improve your ability to direct, motivate, and develop others more
successfully. Ultimately, you will identify key strategies for effectively working with others.

STEP 2: ATTEND A TRAINING
Join an In-Person or Virtual Event
John's trainings aren't facilitated like a typical class. Learners will participate in activities as well as partner discussions. You will engage in video and other activities to understand details about your DiSC® Style. As a participant, you will also develop an action plan for implementing what you've learned during the training. A standard, interactive session lasts 3 hours.
As a leader or a team member, you will benefit from this training by learning:
How your profile affects the way you interact with others within your organization.
How to understand other people's DiSC® style.
Ways to communicate effectively and appreciate differences in others by adapting to their preferences.
Building more effective workplace relationships.
STEP 3: COACHING
Each training includes a follow-up individual 30-minute virtual coaching session to ensure participants understand how to implement what they have learned. John's coaching sessions will educate you on how to use the DiSC® profile results to your advantage to succeed in your profession. Together, you will map out strategies for dealing with specific situations and create objectives for your long-term career.
